Every club needs someone who’s got their ears open, a cool head, and the right training — that’s where your Club Welfare Officer comes in. Think of them as your safe space on legs — someone you can chat to if something’s bothering you, whether it’s club-related or not.

They’re trained specifically for Athletics, so they know exactly how to handle concerns properly and who to contact if something needs to be followed up. Basically, they’re here to help, support, and make sure everyone feels safe, welcome, and heard.
